Local Delivery / Pickup In Store:
Pick-up is available Thurs.- Sat. 1pm-5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up. If you prefer local delivery please call 574-322-8001 or email at neesthetics22@gmail.com to make arrangements. Deliveries will cost $0.50 per mile traveled.
Returns + Exchanges
Due to our products being homemade and made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. If you have any questions or concerns about products, ingredients, or orders please email us at neesthetics2@gmail.com
We are not responsible for leaking, settling, or melting of our products due to weather or in transit. We are responsible for any mishaps before reaching the mailing service, after that, it is out of our control. Packages are tightly sealed and protected to avoid impact from shipping.
NéEsthetics does not offer refunds for packages that are lost or stolen.
